Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
You can ask FeedBouncer to delete the data associated with your account, or with a specific page you connected, at any time.
Option 1: Disconnect a page yourself
From your FeedBouncer dashboard, open the connected page and choose Disconnect. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token for that page, and stops any further access to it.
Option 2: Request full account deletion
Email privacy@feedbouncer.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the pages or platforms connected, if you know them. We will:
- Revoke and delete all stored access tokens for your connected pages.
- Delete your account details (name, email, credentials).
- Delete your moderation history, including stored comment text and logs of past actions.
We confirm by email once deletion is complete, normally within 30 days of your request. Some records may be kept briefly afterward where we're required to for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and are purged on the same schedule as described in our Privacy Policy.
Removing just FeedBouncer's platform access
You can also revoke FeedBouncer's access directly from the platform's own settings (for example, Facebook's "Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites" settings). This immediately stops FeedBouncer from acting on that page; we delete the now-invalid token on our side automatically.
