Who we are

FeedBouncer is operated by FeedBouncer, ("FeedBouncer", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you connect a social media page to FeedBouncer and use it to moderate comments, and how you can control or remove that data.

What we collect

We do not collect your platform password. We never ask for it.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use comment content to train models or for advertising.

How long we keep it

Moderation records, including comment text, are kept for as long as your account is active plus a limited retention window used for auditing and dispute resolution (currently 14-30 days after an action is recorded), after which they are purged automatically. Access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a page or delete your account. Account details are kept until you delete your account, or sooner on request.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the platform each comment came from (to carry out the moderation action you requested) and with infrastructure providers who host our database, queue, and email delivery, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing that service to us. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Your choices

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Traffic to and from FeedBouncer is encrypted in transit. We limit who on our team can access stored data, and log access to it.

Children

FeedBouncer is a business tool for people who manage social media pages and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you directly.
