Agreement

These terms govern your use of FeedBouncer, operated by FeedBouncer ("FeedBouncer", "we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a page, you agree to them.

What FeedBouncer does

FeedBouncer connects to social media pages you manage and own, through each platform's official login and API, and moderates comments on your behalf according to rules you configure — including hiding, unhiding, deleting, or reporting comments, and banning or unbanning the accounts that posted them.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to manage, and to grant FeedBouncer access to, every page you connect.
• You are responsible for the moderation rules you configure and for reviewing the actions taken under them.
• You will not use FeedBouncer to violate any platform's terms of service or applicable law, including to harass, discriminate against, or silence legitimate speech.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Platform access

FeedBouncer acts on each connected platform strictly through that platform's official API, within the permissions you grant. Disconnecting a page, or revoking access from the platform's own settings, stops FeedBouncer from acting on it immediately.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep FeedBouncer available and accurate, but moderation depends on each platform's own API being available and on the rules you've configured. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FeedBouncer is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for comments it fails to catch, for moderation actions taken under rules you configured, or for losses arising from a connected platform's own outages or policy changes. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using FeedBouncer and disconnect your pages at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or a connected platform's policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel-Aviv, Israel
